He began his journey in Cuba, working in iconic venues such as Hotel Habana Libre and leading operations as a manager at Mambo Restaurant, where he developed strong leadership and service standards in high-demand environments.

 

As a bartender, Adrian has participated in premium events and cigar festivals, including experiences connected to the world of the Habano, refining both his technical skills and his ability to create atmosphere.

 

He is a Habano Sommelier, with deep knowledge of pairing, presentation, and sensory experience, and a proud member of:

Over the years, he has worked across multiple bars and venues, developing versatility in different styles of service — from classic mixology to high-energy nightlife environments.

 

Now based in Houston, Texas, Adrian has built a strong presence in the private event scene, delivering premium bartending experiences for over a year. His work includes private events, exclusive parties, and nightlife venues such as Asere Sports Bar and Mi Amor Night Club.
